Laser cutting

The AMADA ENSIS 3015 AJ E cuts SS400 plate up to 25 mm thick and stainless steel up to 10 mm. It is one of Toyotomo’s two laser cutting machines, producing flat component outlines before forming and assembly.

Part geometry, internal openings, and later bend positions are considered together when preparing a cutting layout. Material grade, thickness, drawing dimensions, and quantity define the requirements for each component.
