AMADA RG100S
Press bending
The AMADA RG100S provides 100 T of press force for sheet metal bending. It forms bends, flanges, and folded sections after the initial cutting stage, connecting flat blank preparation with the finished component geometry.
The material grade, thickness, and bend length guide process planning. Features near a bend and mating surfaces are included in the drawing so the forming sequence supports the intended assembly.
