JAL JM-16032

Press bending

The JAL JM-16032 is a 160 T press brake for forming sheet metal parts. It complements Toyotomo’s other bending machines in turning prepared blanks into panels, covers, and enclosure components.

Worktable size, press force, and part geometry are considered together during process planning. The developed blank, bend lines, and material specification establish the forming sequence and the space required around each fold.
